Partner & Co-Founder
Former CISO at JPMorgan Chase with 25+ years of experience. Expert witness in matters including NotPetya, SEC v SolarWinds, and for DuPont in an International Trade Commission investigation. Greg previously provided expert witness reports, depositions, and testimony, as well as strategic counsel on multiple high-stakes litigations, shaping strategy through detailed analyses on client cyber documentation and regulatory frameworks. He was also the former Director for Cybersecurity in the White House, and previously commanded the Operations Group of the Air Force Information Warfare Center.

His expertise spans risk quantification methodologies, regulatory compliance, and strategic cybersecurity investments, ensuring clients’ compliance, privacy, and data protection frameworks withstand legal and regulatory scrutiny.
Anna Musquera
Cyber Legal Associate
European regulatory and privacy attorney with over 6 years supporting cyber litigation, governance, and regulatory risk matters across the U.S. and Europe. Anna brings a cross-border legal perspective, strong policy grounding, and multilingual capability to Next Peak’s legal services work. Her experience includes cybercrime research with the National Cyber Forensics and Training Alliance and regulatory and privacy advisory engagements at KPMG. She holds a Master’s in International Law and an M.S. in Global Security, Conflict, and Cybercrime from New York University. She also serves as a Senior Policy Analyst at New York University Center on Tech Policy.
