Cyber Litigation Augmentation

High-stakes cyber litigation demands authoritative operational and technical insight and compelling narratives. Next Peak supports legal teams with expert reports, clear testimony, and structured analysis grounded in recognized frameworks to withstand courtroom scrutiny. Our experts help prepare cross-examinations and rebuttals to dismantle opposing expert claims. Delivered expert reports, depositions, and testimonies across high-stakes IP, espionage, and SEC cases. Next Peak brings proven credibility to the courtroom.

Legal-Focused Cyber EXERCISES

Breach response isn’t just technical—legal and executive decisions must be battle-tested too. Next Peak runs legal-focused cyber simulations involving counsel, insurers, executives, and technical responders to pressure-test decision-making and communications across the full incident response playbook. These exercises expose gaps in privilege, disclosure, and governance processes long before a real crisis hits. Proven across financial services, technology, and healthcare sectors, our scenario-driven approach sharpens your organization’s readiness when it matters most.

Governance Reporting & Advisory

Boards and regulators demand clear evidence of cybersecurity diligence and compliance. Next Peak helps meet those expectations by translating complex cyber risks into clear, compelling reports and narratives. We align your cybersecurity program with industry recognized frameworks (CRI, NIST, ISO), and applicable regulatory standards, and shape how that compliance is communicated to boards, regulators, and customers. From boardroom briefings to regulatory disclosures and customer-facing communications, we ensure you communicate your cyber governance with confidence, clarity and credibility.
