Greg previously served as the Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at JPMorgan Chase and established their cyber defense strategy and program. As head of Global Cyber Partnerships, he led key industry initiatives including establishment of the Financial Systemic Analysis and Resiliency Center (FSARC) and the Financial Cybersecurity Profile. Prior to JPMC, Greg was founding partner and CEO of Delta Risk LLC, a cybersecurity risk management. He served as the ICANN Chief Internet Security Advisor from 2007-2010. He has also served as Director for Cybersecurity in the White House, commanded the Operations Group of the Air Force Information Warfare Center, pioneered the Department of Defense (DoD) and US national cyber exercise programs, and initiated Air Force and DoD partnership with defense industry. He is a thought leader, author, and currently an adjunct professor at Columbia University.

He previously served as Chief Security Officer for JP Morgan Chase, directing and executing physical and cyber security, investigations, and business resiliency efforts for over 240,000 employees in 60 countries and over 6,500 facilities worldwide. As a career military intelligence officer, he served as the Director of Homeland Defense on the National Security Council and commanded full spectrum cyberspace operations for the United States Air Force. While at the White House, Jim advised the President of the United States and the National Security Advisor on United States Homeland Defense policy, Air Force and DoD cyber issues. Jim is an active community volunteer with veterans causes and currently serves on the board of directors of Building Homes for Heroes, which builds mortgage-free homes catered to the unique needs of disabled veterans.

His expertise spans risk quantification methodologies, regulatory compliance, and strategic cybersecurity investments.  Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University as well as CISM, AWS Cloud and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certifications.
